Location: Hanwell, London, W7 3UG
Salary: £20,962.50 (incl OLW for full time equivalent), £8,385.00 pa for 15 hours/week
Hours: 15 hours per week
Contract: Permanent, subject to continuous funding

EACH has been funded to deliver a complex needs service for women with substance misuse, domestic violence and/ or mental health needs. We are looking for a warm, approachable and motivated individual to work as part of the Jasmine Project team for immediate employment:
Main Purpose of the Substance Misuse Key Worker role:
You will be responsible for Accessing, engaging and supporting women with complex needs (Substance Misuse/Mental Health/Violence and Abuse), including structured interventions to women with complex needs, using Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Motivational Interviewing while key working, to meet women\'s\' needs, including facilitating access to group work.
In addition to this, you will:
* Provide one to one support, and groups to help women with complex needs recover and lead healthier, independent lives.
* Continue to promote the service within the local community and to professionals ensuring appropriate take up and engagement with the service
* Uphold and integrate into your practice EACH\'s commitment to equality, inclusivity, and anti-discriminatory practice. In particular, engage with women from black, minority ethnic, refugee and other marginalised communities with cultural sensitivity.
In order to be successful in this role, you should have:
* Experience of providing support to women e.g. motivational interviewing, CBT, on substance misuse within a harm reduction approach and in a professional context
* Experience of providing support to women affected by domestic violence and mental health
* Experience of positive and effective team working
* Experience of working with women from BME communities and from diverse social and cultural backgrounds
* A relevant qualification, e.g. NVQ3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent
* Ability to access and engage women with drugs or alcohol issues into appropriate treatment, particularly those currently under-utilising or not in treatment
* Ability to work in an outreach capacity at satellites
* Good written and oral communication skills, and computer literacy
